Official Rules

To Enter:
Harley-Davidson® Visa® cardmembers (“cardmember”) may automatically earn one (1) entry by successfully making a qualifying credit card transaction (“Transaction”) between January 1, 2026 and December 31, 2026 (“Promotion Period”) in the Harley-Davidson® Visa® $500-A-Day Giveaway Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”). Transactions earn entries for their respective daily entry period, only, which is 12:00:00 a.m. CT to 11:59:59 p.m. CT (a “Daily Entry Period”). Transactions are purchase transactions, convenience check purchases, balance transfers, cash advances (including ATM withdrawals) and any purchase of an optional fee-based service offered to cardmembers. Transactions must be made with a Harley-Davidson Visa credit card by U.S. Bank National Association. There is no limit to the number of entries that can be obtained by making a Transaction during a Daily Entry Period, and each Transaction is a separate entry.
Entries earned by authorized cardmembers on a shared account and Authorized Users (as defined in the account’s Cardmember Agreement) will be credited to the primary cardmember (“Entrant”). Only primary cardmembers are eligible to be selected as potential winners. Non-primary cardmembers and Individuals who are Authorized Users on the credit card account are not eligible to win.
Active U.S. Harley Owners Group® members (“H.O.G.® Members”) who are Harley-Davidson Visa cardmembers whose account is in good standing will automatically receive one (1) bonus entry per Daily Entry Period for each eligible Transaction made with a Harley-Davidson Visa credit card during the Daily Entry Period. H.O.G. members will be eligible to receive bonus entries only if their H.O.G. membership account name and mailing address are identical to their Harley-Davidson Visa credit card account information. New eligible H.O.G. members will receive a daily bonus entry for each Transaction made in the same month as the effective date of their new H.O.G. membership.
To earn an entry without completing a Transaction, mail a standard size handwritten postcard, only, with your full name, street address, phone number, and email address to: Harley-Davidson Visa $500-A-Day Sweepstakes, PO Box 612, Marblehead, MA 01945. Participants (also, each an “Entrant”) may enter as often as they like, but each mailed entry must be received as a separate, postmarked, and stamped postcard. Postcards must be postmarked by December 31, 2026, and received by January 6, 2027. To earn a bonus entry, participants must write “Bonus Entry” in the bottom left-hand corner of the postcard. Mail-in participants will be entered for the Daily Entry Period according to the postmark date of the mailing.
- Drawings:
Winners will be selected via random drawings from among all eligible entries received in each Daily Entry Period. Entries are not cumulative. Drawings will be conducted by PROMOSIS, INC. (“Administrator”), an independent judging organization whose decisions in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes are final. Potential winners will be notified by Administrator via USPS First Class mail and will be required to complete an online Winner Verification and liability/publicity release, where lawful, that must be completed within fourteen (14) calendar days of the date of the envelope postmark, or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be randomly selected from the remaining pool of entries received for that Daily Entry Period. Potential winners will also be required to enter their H-D™ Visa Referral Number -- located in their online credit card account and on the monthly credit card account statement -- as part of the winner verification process.
- Prizes/Odds:
One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected for each Daily Entry Period for a total of three hundred sixty-five (365) Grand Prizes to be awarded for the entire Promotion Period. One (1) Grand prize consists of: a $500 Harley-Davidson™ Gift Card. Total Approximate retail value of all daily prizes: $182,500. The H-D™ Gift Card may take up to 10 days for funds to be available after the winner has completed the verification process. Prizes, or any portion thereof, may not be transferred or redeemed for cash. Winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, or local taxes on the value of the prize won. Winners must comply with any conditions of the gift card. If an individual wins more than once, Administrator will collect the winner’s Social Security number before the prize is awarded in order to issue an IRS1099-MISC for the total value of the prizes won. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. Odds of winning are dependent upon the total number of entries received in each Daily Entry Period.
Bonus Prize drawing for Grand Prize Winners: One (1) Bonus Prize: $500 Harley-Davidson™ Gift Card. Only verified winners of the Grand Prize are eligible to enter a random drawing for a chance to win the Bonus Prize. Gift card is subject to any limitations imposed by issuer. No purchase or credit card transaction is necessary. To enter: Submit an image of yourself regarding your Grand Prize experience and your testimonial (50 words or fewer) to the URL provided in the winner’s prize documentation. By entering, you affirm that the post is your original work and does not infringe on any third parties’ intellectual property rights, and that Sponsor and its agents may use, display, and/or edit the post in any media for any purpose without compensation. Bonus prize entry period is from the date the prize is awarded through 12:59:59 p.m. CT on March 31, 2027. Drawing to be held on or about April 15, 2027. Odds of winning the Bonus Prize depend upon the number of verified winners of the Grand Prize who enter the bonus prize drawing.
Total Approximate Retail Value of all prizes: $183,000.
The Harley-Davidson™ Gift Card can be used online at H-D.com and at authorized, participating U.S. Harley-Davidson® retail locations or at the Harley-Davidson Museum. Use of this card constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions stated in the Cardholder Agreement. The Harley-Davidson™ Gift Card is issued by Pathward®, N.A., Member FDIC. Not refundable, or redeemable for cash or credit, except as stated in the Cardholder Agreement. No cash or ATM access. Pathward does not sponsor the sweepstakes and is the issuer of the Card only.
- Eligibility:
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and DC who are at least 18 years of age. Primary cardmembers may win a maximum of once per calendar month. The Harley-Davidson Visa credit card account of Entrants must be in good standing (not past due or overlimit) at the time of entry. Credit cards that are stolen, used fraudulently, tampered with or otherwise altered are not eligible for automatic entry. Entries based on Transactions that are returned for credit or refund will be voided. Not open to employees, officers or directors of Harley-Davidson or U.S. Bank National Association or their respective affiliates, promotion partners, advertising, production, and public relations agencies, and Promosis, Inc. and their immediate families as well as people living in the same households of such individuals. Entrants agree to the release of their name and address information to Sponsor and Administrator for winner verification/notification purposes. All other aspects of the Harley-Davidson privacy notice are in effect. Void where prohibited by law or regulation. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. By entering, Entrants agree to be bound by these official rules.
- Limitation of Liability:
Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for typographical errors in any Sweepstakes-related materials, or for any individual's inability to enter the Sweepstakes, including but not limited to unavailable network, server, or other connections; failed software promotion or hardware transmissions; other errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical, or electronic; or for any damage to any computer related to or resulting from participation. Entries that are generated by script, macro, or other automated entry devices are not valid, and will be disqualified. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify and seek prosecution of any Entrant who disrupts or interferes with the proper play of the Sweepstakes or acts in violation of these Official Rules in any way. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes should any of the foregoing occurrences corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of the promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. If for any reason Sponsor is prevented from continuing with this Sweepstakes, or the integrity and/or feasibility of the Sweepstakes is severely undermined by any event including but not limited to fire, flood, epidemic, pandemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, war (declared or undeclared), terrorist threat or activity, or any federal, state or local government law, order or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction, Sponsor shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to abbreviate, modify, suspend, cancel or terminate the Sweepstakes without further obligation. If the Sweepstakes is canceled for any reason, including but not limited to those listed above, winners will be determined via random drawings from among all eligible entries received up to the time of cancellation that are not affected by the problem. Entrants agree that the Sponsor and Administrator, and their respective promotion partners, related companies, and agencies, and their respective employees or officers shall not be liable for injury, losses, damages, or costs of any kind resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes or acceptance of or use or misuse of a prize or portion thereof. All third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners. The use of any non-Sponsor trademarks, service marks, logos, or other marks in connection with this Sweepstakes or any prize is not meant by Sponsor to imply the endorsement of the respective owner(s) of such marks, or any affiliation of the respective owner(s) of such marks with Sweepstakes advertisements or the Sweepstakes.
- Dispute Resolution:
THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES AND THE COMMONWEALTH OF MASSACHUSETTS, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, participant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a Federal or state court located in Massachusetts. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys' fees, other than participant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes), and participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
