About Bill Davidson
William J. “Bill” Davidson, Global Ambassador for Harley-Davidson, is the great-grandson of founder William A. Davidson and the son of William G. “Willie G.” Davidson, Chief Styling Officer Emeritus.
Raised in the world of motorcycling, Bill started riding motorcycles at the age of 7. He joined the company in 1984 and held various leadership positions before taking on the role of Vice President of the Harley-Davidson Museum. Bill has championed the development
of the Menomonee Valley area of Milwaukee, home to the world’s only H-D Museum, and transformed the Museum into a mecca for motorcycle enthusiasts and a must-see tourist attraction for visitors to Milwaukee.
Bill lives in the Milwaukee area and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Throughout his career with the company and as an ambassador, Bill has focused on strengthening the Harley-Davidson brand and
building relationships with riders around the world.

This offer is available to Harley-Davidson® Visa® cardmembers who received this email invitation and is not transferable. Tickets are $10 each, payable with a Harley-Davidson® Visa® card and donated to a local charity. Reservations are limited and based on availability. Tickets to the event are non-transferrable and only registered cardmembers and their guests will be allowed access to the event. You and your guests must present a valid driver’s license upon check-in. You and your guests are responsible for any travel related expenses to/from the event. Event is indoors and will take place rain or shine. The venue will do its best to provide a variety of food options; some foods may contain allergens.
Limitation of Liability
In redeeming this offer, participant, on behalf of himself/herself and his/her immediate family members (spouse, parents, children and siblings and their spouses) individuals living in the same households of such participant, whether or not related, agrees to release and hold harmless officers, directors, employees, agents, and assigns of Harley-Davidson Motor Company, Inc., H-DTM Visa®, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, successors, affiliates and related companies, client financial institutions, prize suppliers, and advertising, marketing and promotion agencies (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability or damage of any kind resulting from or arising from participation in the offer or acceptance, possession, use, misuse or nonuse of the offer (including travel related activity thereto).

RESPONSIBILITY STATEMENT
I agree that the following terms included in this responsibility statement (“Responsibility Statement”) relate and apply to the event program hosted in Milwaukee, WI (“Event Program”) on July 27, 2024:
1. I acknowledge that this Event Program is coordinated on behalf of Harley-Davidson Financial Services, Inc., and if applicable, its subsidiary and affiliated companies and their directors, officers, and employees (“Sponsor”).
2. If my personal data is required to coordinate this Event Program, I provide my consent to Event Program providers to use and process my personal data to coordinate the Event Program.
3. I understand that by participating in the Event Program, I agree to irrevocably grant Sponsor the right to use my name, voice, likeness, biographical information, photographs, video and audio recordings related to the Event Program, by any and all means, devices and technology, including, without limitation, the internet, television, film, audio & video stream and print communications for advertising, marketing, promotional and/or related purposes; all of which shall be without notice to me and without compensation or consideration other than my participation in the Event Program.
4. I further understand that during this Event Program, I may have the opportunity to participate in optional activities that may involve a higher degree of risk, any of which could carry a higher risk of bodily injury, death, damage or loss. I understand that I am under no obligation to participate and, if I do decide to participate in such optional activities, such decision is mine alone. I also understand that as a result of my participation in the Event Program and optional activities, I may be exposed to an illness related to an epidemic or pandemic, including not but not limited to the COVID-19 virus and agree to follow all applicable CDC guidelines and Provider rules and requirements applicable to my participation in the Event Program. I acknowledge that I am in good physical health and assume all risk of injury, illness, infection, death, expense, loss, or damage arising out of such participation in the Event Program and optional activities and agree to hold Sponsor harmless from any such risk.
5. I further understand that in consideration of my participation in the Event Program, I agree to hold Sponsor harmless from any illness, injury, infection, disease, damage, loss, expense, delay or inconvenience arising out of our participation in the Event Program, except and only to the extent such illness, injury, infection, disease, damage, loss, expense, delay or inconvenience is caused by the respective gross negligence or willful misconduct of Sponsor, as applicable.
6. If my event companion(s) include my spouse and/or my adult dependents, I acknowledge that I have full authority to agree to the terms of this Responsibility Statement on their behalf, and I do agree to the terms of this Responsibility Statement as if they were acknowledging this Responsibility Statement themselves. Any reference in this Responsibility Statement to myself shall be interpreted to include my spouse and/or adult children if applicable.
7. I further understand that I have given up substantial rights by agreeing to these terms, and I acknowledge that I have freely and voluntarily agreed to these terms without reliance on any representations from Sponsor, and without undue influence or coercion.
8. I further understand that if any portion of this Responsibility Statement is determined to be unenforceable, the intent is that the remainder of this Responsibility Statement shall remain in full force and effect.
What do I need to check in?
Registered guests may check-in at the Welcome Desk in the H-D Museum lobby 30 minutes prior to the scheduled event. Please be prepared to present a valid driver's license.
What are the costs to attend the event?
Tickets for this event are $10 each to be paid at the time of registration with a Harley-Davidson® Visa® card. This is a prepaid event; we are unable to accept/process payment at the event.
The event will include breakfast in the Peace Room at the H-D Museum, followed by a tour with H-D Museum guides. You and your guests are responsible for any costs to get to/from the event. The breakfast includes cheddar scrambled eggs, smoked bacon, potatoes, bagels, Danish, muffins, and seasonal fruit.
Funds will be donated to a local charity. As you are receiving consideration for this donation, no tax receipts will be provided.
How long is the event?
This event is a shared experience with other guests and is expected to last approximately 2 hours (8:00-10:00 am CT).
What’s the recommended attire?
We encourage you to wear your finest Harley-Davidson gear and to dress appropriately for local weather conditions.
Where may I park?
Parking at the H-D Museum is entirely first-come, first-served (and free). Follow Parking Staff Directions & Signage upon arrival; motorcycle-only parking on campus and limited car parking in the Southwest Lot across 6th Street. If car lot is full upon arrival, area paid parking lots and structures are available further north off 6th street.
What happens if I am no longer able to attend?
We understand that schedule conflicts may come up before the event date. Please contact us to cancel your reservation so we may accommodate cardmembers on the waitlist.
What happens if there's inclement weather?
This event space is indoors and the event will take place rain or shine. If there are extraordinary conditions expected, please check here for an update about your event.
Any additional things to note?
- This event includes H-D Museum admission; guests may enjoy the Museum until closing time on July 27, 2024.
- Food and beverages are not allowed in the Museum.
- Please contact the Museum if any special access or accommodations are required. They have a small number of wheelchairs available for guests. Only ADA-approved service dogs are allowed.
