This offer is available to Harley-Davidson® Visa® cardmembers who present their H-D™ Visa® card and a valid driver's license at check-in. Capacity is limited; first come, first served. Cardmember and guest are responsible for any travel-related expenses to/from the event.
Harley-Davidson reserves the right to modify or cancel the event at any time and will use good-faith efforts to notify participants. Event schedule and staffing are subject to change. Event is for Harley-Davidson Visa cardmembers and their guests only. Void where prohibited.
By attending this event, you accept these terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions"). These Terms and Conditions apply to you and your guest attending the event. References to "you" or "your" includes participating guest.
By attending this event, you grant Harley-Davidson and its affiliates the irrevocable right and permission to use your name, likeness, image, and voice, whether derived from photographs, video footage, other recordings taken during the event, for commercial and other purposes and that no royalties or compensation will be paid to you for such uses. All ownership and copyright interests shall become and remain property of Harley-Davidson.
The invitation is personal to you and is for non-commercial use. Any other use or activity in connection with the event is strictly prohibited. The event parties (as defined below) will solely make all determinations in connection with the event and your access to the event. Event parties reserve the right to ask participants to leave if they determine that they are behaving in a disruptive manner or violating any of the rules of Outlaw Square or Deadwood, S.D.

Limitation of Liability & Release
In redeeming this offer, participant, on behalf of himself/herself and his/her immediate family members (spouse, parents, children and siblings and their spouses) individuals living in the same households of such participant, whether or not related, agrees to release and hold harmless officers, directors, employees, agents, and assigns of Harley-Davidson Motor Company, Inc., H-D™ Visa®, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, successors, affiliates and related companies, client financial institutions, prize suppliers, and advertising, marketing and promotion agencies (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all liability or damage of any kind resulting from or arising from participation in the offer or acceptance, possession, use, misuse or nonuse of the offer (including travel related activity thereto).

I agree that the following terms included in this responsibility statement (“Responsibility Statement”) relate and apply to the event program hosted in Deadwood, SD (“Event Program”), August 8 - August 14, 2026:
- I acknowledge that BI WORLDWIDE®, a trade name of Schoeneckers, Inc., its subsidiary and affiliated companies and their directors, officers, and employees (collectively "BI WORLDWIDE") is coordinating this Event Program on behalf of Harley-Davidson Motor Company, Inc., and if applicable, its parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies (“Sponsor”).
- If my personal data is required to coordinate this Event Program, I provide my consent to BI WORLDWIDE and its Event Program providers to use and process my personal data to coordinate the Event Program.
- I understand that by participating in the Event Program, I agree to irrevocably grant BI WORLDWIDE and Sponsor, the right to use my name, voice, likeness, biographical information, photographs, video and audio recordings related to the Event Program, by any and all means, devices and technology, including, without limitation, the internet, television, film, audio & video stream and print communications for advertising, marketing, promotional and/or related purposes; all of which shall be without notice to me and without compensation or consideration other than my participation in the Event Program.
- I further understand that during this Event Program, I may have the opportunity to participate in optional activities that may involve a higher degree of risk, any of which could carry a higher risk of bodily injury, death, damage or loss. I understand that I am under no obligation to participate and, if I do decide to participate in such optional activities, such decision is mine alone. I also understand that as a result of my participation in the Event Program and optional activities, I may be exposed to an illness related to an epidemic or pandemic, including not but not limited to the COVID-19 virus and agree to follow all applicable CDC guidelines and Provider rules and requirements applicable to my participation in the Event Program. I acknowledge that I am in good physical health and assume all risk of injury, illness, infection, death, expense, loss, or damage arising out of such participation in the Event Program and optional activities and agree to hold BI WORLDWIDE and Sponsor harmless from any such risk.
- I further understand that in consideration of my participation in the Event Program, I agree to hold BI WORLDWIDE and Sponsor harmless from any illness, injury, infection, disease, damage, loss, expense, delay or inconvenience arising out of our participation in the Event Program, except and only to the extent such illness, injury, infection, disease, damage, loss, expense, delay or inconvenience is caused by the respective gross negligence or willful misconduct of BI WORLDWIDE and/or Sponsor, as applicable.
- If my event companion(s) include my spouse and/or my adult dependents, I acknowledge that I have full authority to agree to the terms of this Responsibility Statement on their behalf, and I do agree to the terms of this Responsibility Statement as if they were signing this Responsibility Statement themselves. Any reference in this Responsibility Statement to myself shall be interpreted to include my spouse and/or adult children if applicable.
- I further understand that I have given up substantial rights by agreeing to these terms, and I acknowledge that I have freely and voluntarily agreed to these terms without reliance on any representations from BI WORLDWIDE or Sponsor, and without undue influence or coercion.

The H-D Visa Hospitality Lounge is located in Outlaw Square in the heart of Deadwood, SD, within the grounds of the square. Look for the H-D Visa fencing and our check-in table.

Where can I park?
During the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally, there’s ample free MOTORCYCLE ONLY parking on Main Street, 10 am – 2 am, and at the Deadwood History & Information Parking Lot that's 1 block east on Deadwood St. from Main St. & Outlaw Square.
If you’re driving a car, truck or SUV, parking is limited in Deadwood and we recommend you check deadwood.com for any parking updates from the Chamber of Commerce for vehicles.
What do I need to check in?
To access the H-D Visa Hospitality Lounge, please present your Harley-Davidson® Visa® card and a valid ID. Our ambassadors will check you in at the entrance and hand you your cardmember-appreciation gift.
Are there any costs to visit the H-D Visa Hospitality Lounge?
As a Harley-Davidson Visa cardmember, you and a guest can enjoy complimentary access to the H-D Visa Hospitality Lounge. You and your guest are responsible for any costs to get to/from the event.
What are the hours for the H-D Visa Hospitality Lounge?
The H-D Visa Hospitality Lounge is open Saturday, August 8 - Friday, August 14, 12 noon – 6 pm local time each day.
What’s the recommended attire?
We encourage you to wear your finest Harley-Davidson® gear and to dress appropriately for local weather conditions.
What happens if there's inclement weather?
This event is outdoors and will take place rain or shine. We do have covered seating for some and shelter nearby as well. We may need to shut down If there are extraordinary conditions like heavy rain, high winds and lightning.
Any advisory about tobacco use?
Smoking & vaping in the H-D Visa Hospitality Lounge is prohibited.
What if I test positive for COVID-19, am experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, or am in close contact with someone who tested positive for COVID-19?
To ensure the safety of our cardmembers and staff, we ask that you please refrain from attending the H-D Visa Hospitality Lounge until your symptoms subside and you feel better.
