ABOUT ELLE KING
Grammy-nominated Elle King started her career in Ohio with just a dream and a banjo. The energetic singer and songwriter built a successful career winning the 2022 Academy of Country Music Awards Video of the Year for "Drunk (And I Don't Wanna Go Home)" as
well as releasing her certified Platinum Album "Love Stuff" which features the No. 1 hit single "Ex's and Oh's."
The Grammy nominee released her latest album, "Come Get Your Wife," in January 2023.

Must be a U.S. resident. Participation in this Harley-Davidson® Visa® Elle King Concert (“Event”) is limited, and on a first come, first-served basis. Limit two (2) tickets per Harley-Davidson® Visa® cardmember (each, an “Event Ticket” and collectively, “Event Tickets”). Event Tickets may only be reserved by recipients of the email. Each Event Ticket is for one (1) individual. No payment required. Event Tickets are only available through the link in the email you received. Harley-Davidson® Visa® reserves the right to modify or cancel any event at any time and will use good faith efforts to notify participants. Event schedule and staffing are subject to change. Offer cannot be combined with any other offer or discount. Event Tickets are for Harley-Davidson® Visa® cardmember and their guest only. Event Tickets are not transferable and may not be resold or redeemed for cash. Void where prohibited.
Event Tickets are subject to terms and conditions as specified by ticket issuer. By attending this Event, you accept these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”). These Terms and Conditions apply to you and any guests attending the Event. References to “you” or “your” includes participating guests.
By attending this Event, you grant Harley-Davidson and its affiliates the irrevocable right and permission to use your name, likeness, image, and voice, whether derived from photographs, video footage, or other recordings taken during the Event, for commercial and other purposes and that no royalties or compensation will be paid to you for such uses. All ownership and copyright interests shall become and remain property of Harley-Davidson.
The invitation is personal to you and for non-commercial use. Any other use or activity in connection with the Event is strictly prohibited. The Event Parties (as defined below) will solely make all determinations in connection with the Event and your access to the Event. You may be asked to provide proof of age to be served alcohol. Event Parties reserve the right to ask you to leave if they behave in a disruptive manner or violate any of the rules of City Winery Nashville. You and your guest are responsible for any travel-related expenses to/from Event.
Limitations of Liability & Release
You agree to comply with all applicable City Winery Nashville regulations with respect to the ticket offer. In consideration of your access to and participation in the Event, you agree that in no event will any of the Event Parties or any of be liable under any theory of tort, contract, strict liability or other legal or equitable theory for any lost profits, lost data, lost opportunities, costs of cover, exemplary, punitive, person injury/wrongful death, contraction of illness or disease, special, incidental, indirect or other consequential damages, and you release officers, directors, employees, agents and assigns of Harley-Davidson, City Winery Nashville, Sony Music Entertainment, Khalid Briggs LLC, Visa Inc., Visa U.S.A. Inc., Visa International Service Association, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, successors, affiliates and related companies, client financial institutions, prize suppliers, and advertising, marketing and promotional agencies (collectively, the “Event Parties”) from all such claims. Further, to the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will the Event Parties be liable for any damages resulting from your access to or participation in the Event, or acceptance, possession, use, misuse or nonuse of the offer (including any travel or travel-related activity thereto), each of which, to the fullest extent permitted by law, is hereby excluded by agreement of the parties regardless of whether or not either party has been advised of the possibility of such damages. California Residents: IF you are a California resident, you hereby waive California Civil Code Section 1542 in connection with the foregoing, which states: “a general release does not extend to claims which the creditor does not know or suspect to exist in his or her favor at the time of executing the release, which if known by him or her must have materially affected his or her settlement with the debtor.”
No Warranties. Event parties make no warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement regarding the offer. Attendance of event is at your own risk.
Infectious Disease Acknowledgement. You acknowledge that by participating in or traveling to the Event you may come into contact with other individuals and may be at risk of contracting infectious diseases (including without limitation COVID-19). You assume all risks of contracting any such infectious diseases in connection with the Event. You agree to abide by any and all safety practices, guidelines and protocols provided by Event Parties, and to provide proof of vaccination (if applicable) and/or execute any additional documentation which may be requested and/or required by such parties prior to the Event.
What do I need to check in?
You and your guest will need to present a valid driver's license showing proof that you are over 21.
Are there any costs to attend the event?
The event is complimentary to registered Harley-Davidson® Visa® cardmembers and their guest. You are responsible for any travel-related costs to get to/from the event as well as parking.
What can I expect at the event?
Doors to the event will open at 7 pm local time. There will be a reception with complimentary food and beverage 7-8 pm. Curtains will open at 8 pm. Doors to the event will close at 10 pm.
Will there be food and beverage provided at the event?
Yes, complimentary light bites and alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages will be provided.
What is the recommended attire?
We encourage you to wear your finest Harley-Davidson gear. Please dress appropriately for the local weather conditions.
Where may I park?
While limited parking is available at the venue, we highly encourage taxi or rideshare for this event.

We understand that conflicts may come up before the event date. Please contact us to cancel your reservation in advance of the event date to allow those on the waitlist the chance to attend.

This event space is indoor, and the event will take place rain or shine.
What if I test positive for COVID-19, am experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, or am in close contact with someone who tested positive for COVID-19?
