Terms and Conditions
Must be a U.S. resident. The Harley-Davidson® Visa® Drone Event (“Event”) participation is limited, and on a first-come, first-served basis. Event may only be reserved by the recipient of this email.

Event package is for up to two (2) individuals (cardmember and 1 guest). Cardmember and guest must ride together on the same bike for the drone video and be together in the action shots. Event package is $20 total (solo or plus one guest) and must be purchased with a Harley-Davidson® Visa® card; funds will be donated to charity.

Event is only available through the link in this email. Harley-Davidson reserves the right to modify or cancel the Event at any time and will use good faith efforts to notify participants. Event schedule and staffing are subject to change. Offer cannot be combined with any other offer or discount. Event is for Harley-Davidson Visa cardmembers and their guest only. Event Packages are not transferable and may not be resold or redeemed for cash. Offer valid while tickets are available for sale on the event-registration site. Void where prohibited.

You and your guest must present a valid driver's license upon check-in. If you are participating in the drone/action shot, you must have a Class M motorcycle license or your state’s equivalent thereto as recognized by the New Hampshire Department of Safety. Cardmember and guest are responsible for any travel related expenses to/from the Event.

Event Packages are subject to terms and conditions as specified by Event Package issuer. By attending this Event, you accept these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”). These Terms and Conditions apply to you and any guests attending the Event. References to “you” or “your” includes participating guests.

By attending this Event, you grant Harley-Davidson and its affiliates the irrevocable right and permission to use your name, likeness, image, and voice, whether derived from photographs, video footage, other recordings taken during the Event, for commercial and other purposes and that no royalties or compensation will be paid to you for such uses. All ownership and copyright interests shall become and remain property of Harley-Davidson.

The invitation is personal to you and is for non-commercial use. Any other use or activity in connection with the Event is strictly prohibited. The Event Parties (as defined below) will solely make all determinations in connection with the Event and your access to the Event. Event Parties will not serve or otherwise provide alcohol and participants may not be intoxicated or under the influence of any substance during the Event. Event Parties reserve the right to ask participants to leave if they determine that they are behaving in a disruptive manner or violating any of the rules of Gunstock Mountain Resort.

Limitation of Liability & Release
You agree to comply with all applicable Gunstock Mountain Resort regulations with respect to the package offer. In consideration of your access to and participation in the Event, you agree that in no event will any of the Event Parties or any of be liable under any theory of tort, contract, strict liability or other legal or equitable theory for any lost profits, lost data, lost opportunities, costs of cover, exemplary, punitive, person injury/wrongful death, contraction of illness or disease, special, incidental, indirect or other consequential damages, and you release officers, directors, employees, agents and assigns of Harley-Davidson, Gunstock Area Commission, DBA Gunstock Mountain Resort, PhotoFlight Aerial Media, LLC, Vega Group LLC, Visa Inc., Visa U.S.A. Inc., Visa International Service Association, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, successors, affiliates and related companies, independent contractors, subcontractors, client financial institutions, prize suppliers, and advertising, marketing and promotional agencies (collectively, the “Event Parties”) from all such claims. Further, to the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will the Event Parties be liable for any damages resulting from your access to or participation in the Event, or acceptance, possession, use, misuse or nonuse of the offer (including any travel or travel-related activity thereto), each of which, to the fullest extent permitted by law, is hereby excluded by agreement of the parties regardless of whether or not either party has been advised of the possibility of such damages. California Residents: IF you are a California resident, you hereby waive California Civil Code Section 1542 in connection with the foregoing, which states: “a general release does not extend to claims which the creditor does not know or suspect to exist in his or her favor at the time of executing the release, which if known by him or her must have materially affected his or her settlement with the debtor.”

No Warranties. EVENT PARTIES MAKE NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT REGARDING THE OFFER. ATTENDANCE OF EVENT IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Infectious Disease Acknowledgement. You acknowledge that by participating in or traveling to the Event you may come into contact with other individuals and may be at risk of contracting infectious diseases (including without limitation COVID-19). You assume all risks of contracting any such infectious diseases in connection with the Event. You agree to abide by any and all safety practices, guidelines and protocols provided by Event Parties, and/or execute any additional documentation which may be requested and/or required by such parties prior to the Event.

Accident Waiver and Release of Liability Form

REPRESENTATION OF AUTHORITY I represent that the person completing and submitting this Accident Waiver and Release of Liability Form (“Waiver and Release”) is the named participant or guest, or that I have been authorized by the named participant or guest to complete and submit this Waiver and Release, that all statements and information provided herein are true and accurate, and that I have complete authority and permission to provide such statements and information.  I understand that there is a link to the full Privacy Policy both online and at the bottom of this page.

AGREEMENT AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY I hereby confirm that I, and anyone on whose behalf I am signing, have voluntarily chosen to participate in one or more of the activities planned and arranged by Vega Group (“Vega”) on behalf of Visa, Inc. (“Visa”) and Harley-Davidson Financial Services (“HDFS”) in connection with Gunstock Area Commission, DBA Gunstock Mountain Resort  (the “Event”).  I am aware that such Event and its associated activities present risks of personal injury, property loss or damage, and possible death to participants.  I expressly and voluntarily assume all such risks that may result from my participation in any or all aspects of the Event planned and arranged by Vega-on behalf of Visa and HDFS.

I hereby release Vega, Visa and HDFS, and each of their respective employees, agents, affiliates, successors, independent contractors and subcontractors from all liability for injury, death, disability or other loss or damage related to my participation in the Event.  Such release may, by way of example, include but not be limited to, any risks that may arise from negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons or entities being released, in any or all of the Event and its planned activities as arranged by Vega on behalf of Visa and HDFS, including but not limited to dangerous or defective equipment or property owned, maintained or controlled by them, or because of their possible liability without fault.  I will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Vega, Visa, HDFS, and each of their respective employees, agents, affiliates successors, independent contractors and subcontractors from all claims, judgments, and costs including attorneys’ fees, incurred in connection with any action that may be brought resulting from my participation in any activity as part of the Event.

I understand that in the state of New Hampshire any motorcyclist under the age of 18 is legally required to wear eyewear and a helmet when on the road.  I also understand that the state of New Hampshire encourages adult motorcyclists to wear motorcycle helmets.

I understand that while participating in this activity I may be photographed. I agree to allow my photo, video, or film likeness to be used for any legitimate purpose by Vega, Visa, HDFS, activity holders, producers, sponsors, organizers, and assigns.

I certify that I am physically fit, have sufficiently prepared or trained for participation in this Event, and have not been advised to not participate by a qualified medical professional.  I certify that there are no health-related reasons or problems which preclude my participation in the Event. I understand that the Event organizers will not serve or otherwise provide alcohol; I understand and acknowledge that it is my responsibility not to become intoxicated or be under the influence of any substance during the Event; and I take full responsibility for any liability associated with my impaired condition during the Event.

I have carefully read this Waiver and Release and fully understand its contents.  I understand that my participation in this entire Event is conditioned on, and in consideration of, this release.  I acknowledge that this Accident Waiver and Release of Liability Form will be used by Vega, Visa, HDFS, the event holders, sponsors, and organizers of the Event in which I may participate, and that it will govern my actions and responsibilities at said Event.  The Waiver and Release shall be construed broadly to provide a release and waiver to the maximum extent permissible under applicable law.

I CERTIFY THAT I HAVE READ THIS DOCUMENT AND I FULY UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENT.  I AM AWARE THAT THIS IS A RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND A CONTRACT.

Good To Know

What are the costs to attend the event?
Event package is $20 total (cardmember only or cardmemeber plus one guest) to be paid at the time of registration using a Harley-Davidson® Visa® card.  This is a prepaid event; we are unable to accept/process payments at the event.   All funds will be donated to Neighborhood House in Milwaukee (https://neighborhoodhousemke.org).  As you are receiving consideration for this donation, no tax receipts will be provided. 

Tickets to this event include the drone/photography experience, food, non-alcoholic beverages, and unlimited chair-lift and mountain-coaster rides. The chair-lift and mountain-coaster rides are public attractions; you will receive complimentary access as part of this event.  

How do I get my drone footage and photos?
A link to the video/photo gallery will be emailed to you after the event.  Drone videos and action shots will be available for download for 30 days starting Friday, June 14, 2024. 

Can I change the time of my drone/photo reservation?
Once you complete registration, your selected time slot is reserved exclusively for you.  Changes to your original reserved timeslot will only be accepted based on availability and cannot be guaranteed. 

How do I cancel my reservation?
Please contact us if you need to cancel your reservation.  This will allow us to accomodate those on the waitlist. Reservations cannot be rescheduled. 

Will I receive a refund if I can no longer attend?
This booking is non-refundable and non-transferable.  If you fail to arrive or cancel your reservation, refunds will not be issued.  All funds will be donated to charity. 

The event is sold out.  Can I join a waitlist?
Please click here to join our waitlist; we will contact cardmembers in the order they were added to the waitlist as cancellations come up.  

What happens if there is inclement weather?
Our top priority is the safety and well being of our guests. If drones are unable to operate due to inclement weather, ground video will be replaced for aerial video and action shots will remain in place.  The chair-lift and mountain-coaster rides are weather permitting.   

Is there motorcycle parking available at Gunstock Mountain Resort?
Yes, free reserved motorcycle parking will be available for all registered cardmembers. 

How long is the event?
The drone and photography experience will last approximately 10 minutes and the scenic ride will last 3-5 minutes.  Given the logistical nature of this event, please allow up to 1 hour. 

Please plan to arrive 30 minutes prior to your registered time slot to check-in and prepare for your drone and photo experience. 

Powder Keg Restaurant will be open 9:00 am to 5:00 pm before and after the drone/photography sessions to enjoy complimentary food and non-alcoholic beverages.  You can also enjoy unlimited chair-lift and mountain-coaster rides, weather permitting.  

What can I expect at the event?
Upon arrival, please park in the free reserved parking spots designated for Harley-Davidson Visa.  Follow event signage and proceed to the Powder Keg Restaurant located on the second floor of the Historic Main Lodge to check-in.  You and your guest will receive further instructions regarding the drone/photo experience with our professional photographers and drone pilots.

Please plan to arrive 30 minutes prior to your time slot to check in and prepare for your drone and photography session. Our event staff will provide you with further instructions onsite regarding your session details.  The drone and photography experience will last approximately 10 minutes, and the bike ride is 3-5 minutes.  While at the resort, you can enjoy food, non-alcoholic beverages and complimentary chair-lift and mountain-coaster rides. 

What do I need to bring to check-in?
You and your guest will need to present a valid driver's license.  The driver of the motorcycle is required to present a valid Class M license to participate in the action-shot and drone-footage experience. 

How do I participate in the Mountain Coaster & Scenic Lift Rides? 
You and your guest will receive a wristband at check-in for unlimited rides on the Mountain Coaster and Chairlifts.  Please note that this is a public attraction; your wristband will provide you complimentary access for unlimited rides but does not provide line bypass. 

What does the Mountain Coaster entail?
Gunstock's Mountain Coaster in a two-person cart on twin, stainless steel, tubular rails.  The Mountain Coaster is a 4,000-foot-long high-speed chair that takes riders uphill through the forest of Gunstock Mountain Resort.  The track is designed with swooping turns, banked corners, rolling drops and various loops. Each cart is equipped with its own braking system, allowing riders to control their speed at a comfortable pace or accelerate to a maximum speed of about 25 mph. Mountain Coaster carts can be operated by a solo driver or with a driver and a passenger. Riders begin and end their journey at the Gunstock Mountain Coaster station.  The Mountain Coaster ride will take approximately 6 minutes.   

Requirements: 

  • Appropriate footwear is required. Closed toe shoes and closed heel shoes are required. Crocs and similar footwear are not permitted.
  • Driver Requirements:  Minimum height 4'6"/ Maximum height 7'
  • Maximum combined weight of driver and passenger cannot exceed 375 lbs. in dry conditions and 330 lbs. in wet conditions.
  • Rider Requirements:  Minimum height 3'2" - must ride with qualified driver aged 16 or older. 

What can I expect on the Scenic Lift Ride?
The Panorama Chairlift will climb the summit on a four-passenger chairlift offering breathtaking views of Lake Winnipesaukee, the White Mountains and beyond. This scenic lift ride is approximately 15 minutes, one-way.  The chairlift ride runs continuously and will return to the base of the mountain.   

All passengers must be aware of the lift loading and unloading procedures. Passengers must be able to sit and ride the chairlift independently (free of embrace or human restraint). Passengers must sit all the way to the back of the seat; do not lean forward or on the restraining device.  In the unlikely event of a lift evacuation, each passenger may be required to be lowered from the chairlift using a “T-Seat” from a height upwards of 100 feet off the ground. No alcohol is permitted on the chairlift. Pets are not permitted to ride the chairlift. No smoking on the chairlift and we ask that you refrain from smoking at the top of the mountain or on hiking trails. No littering from the chairlift. Weather can impact lift operations.
