The Circuit of The Americas (COTA) is always a highlight of the MotoAmerica season because it gives riders a chance to compete on the same track where Formula 1 and MotoGP race each year. The 3.41-mile COTA road circuit is the perfect venue for the Harley-Davidson
riders competing in the Mission King Of The Baggers Championship to strut their stuff at a world-class facility that draws an international crowd of spectators. The 20-turn, counterclockwise circuit produces jaw-dropping lean angles and breathtaking top speeds
from MotoAmerica’s Big Twin competitors, not to mention the Superbike, Motovation Supersport, Stock 1000, and Parts Unlimited Talent Cup By Motul race classes.

This offer is available to Harley-Davidson® Visa® cardmembers who received this email invitation and is not transferable. Tickets are $10 each, payable with a Harley-Davidson® Visa® card. Funds will be donated to BUILD, a non-profit organization in Milwaukee building trade and life skills through motorcycle fabrication. Reservations are limited and based on availability. Tickets to the event are non-transferrable and only registered cardmembers and their guests will be allowed access to the event. You and your guests must present a valid driver’s license upon check-in. Must be 21 years or older to participate. You and your guests are responsible for any travel related expenses to/from the event. Each participant will receive access to the buffet and 2 drink tickets; additional drinks will be available for purchase. The venue will do its best to provide a variety of food options; some foods may contain allergens.
Harley Davidson reserves the right to modify or cancel the Event at any time and will use good faith efforts to notify participants. Event schedule and staffing are subject to change. You agree to comply with all applicable Circuit of The Americas regulations with respect to the package offer. In consideration of your access to and participation in the Event, you agree that in no event will any of the Event Parties or any of be liable under any theory of tort, contract, strict liability or other legal or equitable theory for any lost profits, lost data, lost opportunities, costs of cover, exemplary, punitive, person injury/wrongful death, contraction of illness or disease, special, incidental, indirect or other consequential damages, and you release officers, directors, employees, agents and assigns of Harley Davidson, Circuit of The Americas, Vega Group LLC, Visa Inc., Visa U.S.A. Inc., Visa International Service Association, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, successors, affiliates and related companies, independent contractors, subcontractors, client financial institutions, prize suppliers, and advertising, marketing and promotional agencies (collectively, the “Event Parties”) from all such claims. Further, to the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will the Event Parties be liable for any damages resulting from your access to or participation in the Event, or acceptance, possession, use, misuse or nonuse of the offer (including any travel or travel-related activity thereto), each of which, to the fullest extent permitted by law, is hereby excluded by agreement of the parties regardless of whether or not either party has been advised of the possibility of such damages. RESPONSIBILITY STATEMENT
I agree that the following terms included in this responsibility statement (“Responsibility Statement”) relate and apply to the event program hosted in Austin, TX (“Event Program”) on September 13, 2025:
1. I acknowledge that The VEGA GROUP LLC (collectively “VEGA GROUP”) is coordinating this Event Program for the benefit of its client, Visa U.S.A. Inc and Harley-Davidson Financial Services (“SPONSOR”) and if applicable, its subsidiary and affiliated companies and their directors, officers, and employees.
2. If my personal data is required to coordinate this Event Program, I provide my consent to VEGA GROUP and its Event Program providers to use and process my personal data to coordinate the Event Program.
3. I understand that by participating in the Event Program, I agree to irrevocably grant VEGA GROUP and SPONSOR the right to use my name, voice, likeness, biographical information, photographs, video and audio recordings related to the Event Program, by any and all means, devices and technology, including, without limitation, the internet, television, film, audio & video stream and print communications for advertising, marketing, promotional and/or related purposes; all of which shall be without notice to me and without compensation or consideration other than my participation in the Event Program.
4. I further understand that during this Event Program, I may have the opportunity to participate in optional activities that may involve a higher degree of risk, any of which could carry a higher risk of bodily injury, death, damage or loss. I understand that I am under no obligation to participate and, if I do decide to participate in such optional activities, such decision is mine alone. I also understand that as a result of my participation in the Event Program and optional activities, I may be exposed to an illness related to an epidemic or pandemic, including but not limited to, the COVID-19 virus, and agree to follow all applicable CDC guidelines and Provider rules and requirements applicable to my participation in the Event Program. I acknowledge that I am in good physical health and assume all risk of injury, illness, infection, death, expense, loss, or damage arising out of such participation in the Event Program and optional activities and agree to hold VEGA GROUP and SPONSOR harmless from any such risk.
5. I further understand that in consideration of my participation in the Event Program, I agree to hold VEGA GROUP and SPONSOR harmless from any illness, injury, infection, disease, damage, loss, expense, delay or inconvenience arising out of our participation in the Event Program, except and only to the extent such illness, injury, infection, disease, damage, loss, expense, delay or inconvenience is caused by the respective gross negligence or willful misconduct of VEGA GROUP and/or SPONSOR, as applicable.
6. If my event companion(s) includes my spouse and/or my adult dependents or accompanying guest, I acknowledge that I have full authority to agree to the terms of this Responsibility Statement on their behalf, and I do agree to the terms of this Responsibility Statement as if they were acknowledging this Responsibility Statement themselves. Any reference in this Responsibility Statement to myself shall be interpreted to include my spouse and/or my adult dependents or accompanying guest, if applicable.
7. I further understand that I have given up substantial rights by agreeing to these terms, and I acknowledge that I have freely and voluntarily agreed to these terms without reliance on any representations from VEGA GROUP or SPONSOR, and without undue influence or coercion.
8. I further understand that if any portion of this Responsibility Statement is determined to be unenforceable, the intent is that the remainder of this Responsibility Statement shall remain in full force and effect.
What are the costs to attend the event?
Tickets are $10 each, payable with a Harley-Davidson® Visa® card. We are unable to accept/process payment at the event. Funds will be donated to BUILD, a non-profit organization in Milwaukee building trade and lite skills through motorcycle fabrication. As this donation includes benefits in return, it is not tax-deductible, and no tax receipt will be issued.
What can I expect at the event?
The MotoAmerica Saturday race at Circuit of the Americas will feature a full schedule of on-track action, including practice sessions, qualifying rounds, and races across several classes like Mission King of the Baggers and more.

Your ticket also includes access to a private, climate-controlled suite with food, drinks (2 drink tickets; additional drinks will be available for purchase), and some of the best views of the race.

How long is the event?
This event takes place on Saturday, September 13, with venue gates open from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm CT. Attendees are welcome to join us in our private suite any time during those hours and are not required to stay for the full day.

Is re-entry permitted if I need to leave the venue during the day?
Re-entry is permitted. Guests who plan on returning after leaving the venue must scan their tickets at the gates prior to exiting. Guests will be subject to another screening by security personnel upon re-entry.
We ask that you keep your wristband on for re-entry into our private suite.
How will I receive my tickets and VIP parking passes?
Your digital tickets and VIP parking passes will be delivered to you electronically closer to the event date.
Where do I go once I arrive at Circuit of the Americas?
Details about the suite location will be provided closer to the event. Registered cardmembers and their guests will have access to a private suite dedicated to this event. Signage and staff will be on-site to help guide you to the correct entrance and location.
Be sure to also check your email for our event reminders, 1 week then 1 day prior to the event date.
Will I receive a refund if I can no longer attend?
We understand that conflicts may come up before the event date. Please contact us to cancel your reservation in advance.
This booking is non-refundable and non-transferable. If you fail to arrive or cancel your reservation, refunds will not be issued.
What happens if there is inclement weather?
The races take place rain or shine. However, in the event of lightning or other hazardous weather conditions, the event may be delayed or paused until it is safe to continue.
Is there motorcycle parking available?
Yes, dedicated motorcycle parking will be available for all registered cardmembers. Final details, including exact location and access instructions, will be shared closer to the event.
What’s the recommended attire?
We encourage you to wear your finest Harley-Davidson gear and to dress appropriately for local weather conditions.
Are you able to accommodate special dietary needs?
We will do our best to provide a variety of food options for attendees including vegetarians. Please note that some of the food served may contain allergens.
Are there any provisions about smoking at Circuit of the Americas?
Smoking and the use of electronic smoking devices is strictly prohibited in all indoor or covered facilities, restrooms, and grandstand seating areas. Smoking and vaping will only be allowed in authorized areas.
