Conceived by LA hospitality veterans in the mid 2010’s, the Gastro Garage is an immersive culinary dining experience forged in fire.
Sporting welding masks and giant flaming torches, “Gastro Mechanics” skewer meats on large drills as they deconstruct classic dishes and reconstruct them into their signature dish, The Gastro Tank – a savory brioche donut torched, injected with nitrous charged foams and topped with awesome torched toppings blasted into perfection right in front of you.
It’s a blazing hot spectacle that’s as fun to watch as it is to eat!

This complimentary offer is available to Harley-Davidson® Visa® cardmembers who received this email invitation and is not transferable. Reservations are limited and based on availability. Eligible cardmembers may bring one guest to share this experience with. Event will take place rain or shine.
You and your guest must present a valid driver’s license upon check-in. Must be 21 years or older to participate. You will be required to sign a Liability Waiver & Statement of Responsibility when you check in for your experience.
Each attendee will receive 2 drink tickets; additional drinks will be available for purchase. Parking at the event is free in the lot adjacent to the building. You and your guest are responsible for any travel related expenses to/from the event.

What do I need to check in?

The event starts at 7 pm and ends at 10 pm local time. Please plan to arrive on time to check in and enjoy the special culinary experience and entertainment we organized for you.
What happens if I am no longer able to attend?
We understand that conflicts may come up. Please contact us to cancel your reservation in advance of the event date. On the day of the event, please call the venue to notify our onsite team.
What happens if there's inclement weather?
This event space will be covered and the event will take place rain or shine.

Are there any costs to attend the event?
The event is free to invited cardmembers and their guest, and will include food, entertainment and 2 drink tickets per attendee. Additional drinks will be available for purchase. You and your guest are responsible for travel-related expenses to/from the event.
Where may I park?
Parking is free in the lot adjacent to the venue.
What’s the recommended attire?
Please dress appropriately for the local weather conditions; it can get cold at night in Phoenix in October. We encourage you to wear your finest Harley-Davidson attire.
Are you able to accommodate special dietary needs?
We will do our best to provide a variety of food options for attendees including vegetarian. Please note that some of the food served may contain allergens.
What if I test positive for COVID-19, am experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, or am in close contact with someone who tested positive for COVID-19?
To ensure the safety of our cardmembers and staff, we ask that you please cancel your reservation if you experience any of the above.
